*All Long Term Reservation & specials will need a $500 deposit paid at the time of reservation
Deposit will be applied towards your last month which will forfeited if reservation term is not completed.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposit in the amount of one night’s stay will be taken at time of reservation. For stays of less than one month, a 72-hour notice required for refund. Deposit of $500 for stays of one month or longer with a 30-day cancellation notice for refund. Any changes in arrival or departure dates must be done 72-hours prior to arrival on stays less than one month, and 30 days prior to arrival on stays of one month or longer to allow any refunds(unless medical documentation provided). Only funds drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted. Cancellation fee will be applied 24hrs after reservation is made.

Cottages are completely furnished with linens provided. Including free wi-fi, cable TV, stove, oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dinner ware.
Only one special per season.
Good Sam/FMCA 15% discounts are only good on nightly stays up to 6 nights
AAA/AARP/Military 10% discounts are only good on nightly stays up to 6 nights
